"The supervision was held at Enjo Market, Pulo Gadung, Cakung, Ujung Menteng, and Cipinang Muara Market," he added.
64 samples from vegetables, fruits, rice, chicken meat, and beef were taken to laboratory for a test.
"We conducted a test for Pesticide, Formaldehyde, Chlorine, and Eber residues. There were no findings of hazardous materials or substances according to the test. All are safe for consumption," he continued.
Meanwhile, one of the traders, Soleha (51), admitted she supports the supervision since it is important for the buyers.
"If the result is good, it surely gains the public trust for us," she admitted.
